Raffle Terms and Conditions

• The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over

• Tickets must be purchased online via venmo, paypal, or cashapp.
• A Whale Fact accepts no responsibility for any entries that are
incomplete or unpaid for
• To enter fill in your details as directed on the web page and make the
appropriate payment
o Tickets are $1 each, with 1 additional ticket for every $5 paid
• All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take
place on 11 October 2025
• Each ticket will be assigned a number, then a random number generator will produce the winning numbers
• The first three entries drawn will be the winners, in the order first drawn wins first
prize and so on
• The prizes are:
1. ONE ORIGINAL PINK WHALE HOODIE (2019 Run), SIX WHALE STICKERS (2 of each, 2019 run), ONE ORIGNAL HAND DRAWN WHALE AND NOTE SIGNED BY WHALEFACT
2. THREE WHALE STICKERS (1 of each, 2019 run), ONE ORIGNAL HAND DRAWN WHALE AND NOTE SIGNED BY WHALEFACT
3. THREE WHALE STICKERS (1 of each, 2019 run), ONE ORIGNAL HAND DRAWN WHALE AND NOTE SIGNED BY WHALEFACT
• The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 60 days of A Whale Fact sending notification, to receive their prize voucher. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and A Whale Fact reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules

• Shipping included if shipped to the United States, worldwide shipping available but would possibly need to be covered by the raffle ticket holder
• All prizes will be distributed, so if a redraw is required, a new number will be generated from the existing raffle ticket holders
• The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of
running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use
of their personal data by A Whale Fact for the purposes of the
administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant
has consented
• The winners may be asked to be featured in an Instagram story announcing their win, although this will be optional
• A Whale Fact may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not
comply with these terms and conditions (in A Whale Fact's sole
opinion) or who, in A Whale Fact’s sole determination, has acted in a
manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including,
without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating
ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating
• By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and
conditions
